The 34th Global Virtual Meeting for Gifted Education - July 27th 2013

Dr. Ellen Fiedler, Professor Emerita of Gifted Education at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, is a consultant who regularly provides professional development for school districts and other educational agencies, presentations for parents, and webinars. She has a Ph.D. in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been a Gifted Program Coordinator and a State Consultant for Gifted. Dr. Fiedler has provided consultation services and presentations in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Russia. She is a published author and a regular presenter at state, national, and international conferences, including eight World Congresses on the Gifted and several biennial conferences of the European Council for High Ability. She lives in Florida during the winter and in Michigan in the summer.
