The 35th Global Virtual Meeting for Gifted Education - August 31st 2013

Josh Shaine is a migrant teacher, whose 30+ years in education include teaching and directing various programs for the MIT Educational Studies Program, serving as headmaster at an alternative school for 7th - 12th grade gifted disgruntled students, and working for public schools as a math teacher (6th grade & gifted pull out), play director, and home tutor. More recently, Josh has been teaching classes for homeschoolers in a variety of settings.

In his copious spare time, he runs the Beyond IQ conference series for/about HG/PG children and their families (www.giftedconferenceplanners.org), takes classes toward his masters in counseling, and slowly researches/writes about giftedness, underachievement, and non-linear thinking styles.
